U.S.M.C. AH-1W Super Cobra

Atlantic Ocean, 13 July 2008 — An AH-1W helicopter assigned to Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron (HMM) 264 (REIN) of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit takes off from the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) during the Iwo Jima Expeditionary Strike Group composite unit training exercise (COMPTUEX). COMPTUEX provides a realistic training environment to ensure the strike group is capable and ready for its upcoming scheduled deployment.
