Kukes, 09 June 1999 — A Navy MH-53 Sea Stallion, from the US Navy's HM-15 & HM-14, USS Inchon, Norfolk, VA, comes in to pick up equipment to be delivered to the Seabees who have established a forward operating base, near Kukes. The Seabees will be repairing the main route from Kukes to Shkoder to facilitate the movement of refugees south.
