Tiranė, Albania, 13 April 1999 — A crewman from USS Inchon (MCS 12) offloads humanitarian supplies for Kosovar refugees from an MH-53E Sea Dragon helicopter of Helicopter Mine Countermeasure Squadron Fifteen (HM 15). Embarked on Inchon, HM-15 is assisting in support of the NATO humanitarian relief effort Operation Shining Hope.
