U.S.M.C. AH-1W Super Cobra

Arabian Sea, 12 February 2008 — Captain Vincent K. Dixon, left, and 1st Lt. Andrew C. Robbins of Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron Reinforced [HMM (REIN)] 166 land their AH-1W Super Cobra on the amphibious assault ship USS Tarawa (LHA 1). U.S. forces maintain a naval and air presence in the region to promote stability and safeguard vital links to the global economy.
