Philippine Sea, 13 February 2006 — Aviation Support Equipment Technician 1st Class Gener Deleon acts as landing signalman enlisted (LSE) for an AH-1W Cobra helicopter during flight operations aboard amphibious transport dock ship USS Juneau (LPD 10). The three-ship, Sasebo-based forward deployed amphibious ready group consisting of Juneau, USS Essex (LHD 2) and USS Harpers Ferry (LSD 49).
