Al Asad Airfield, Iraq, 22 December 2005 — Their rotors kicking up sand beneath them, two AH-1W Super Cobra attack helicopters from from Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 261 (Reinforced) arrive at Al Asad Airfield, Iraq. HMM-261 (Rein) is the aviation combat element of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable), which is in Iraq's Al Anbar province supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.
