AH-1W Super Cobra
East China Sea, 08 July 2005 —
A U.S. Marine Corps UH-1N Huey is chained-down on the flight deck as an AH-1W
Super Cobra comes in for a landing on spot two aboard the amphibious dock
landing ship
USS Harpers Ferry
(LSD 49).
Both helicopters are assigned to the
“Flying Tigers” of Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron Two Six Two
(HMM-262), who are currently performing deck-landing qualifications aboard
Harpers Ferry.
