Camp Pendleton, California, USA, 07 August 2001 — Ordnance Marines from Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 369, Marine Aircraft Group 39, 3d Marine Aircraft Wing, Camp Pendleton, California are loading an AH-1W Cobra helicopter from a Forward Arming and Refueling Point (FARP) at a remote location aboard Camp Pendleton. This procedure rarely takes place outside the confines of the air station's Combat Arming and Loading Area. On this day, however, HMLA-369 obtains some real world experience as they execute their ordnance procedures in a challenging, unfamiliar environment. The Marines safely and effectively completed their mission in support of the squadron.
